My Underdog story

I've always dreamed of becoming an athlete as a child. I participated in too many sports to count & I've also been cut or benched in many of them. The fact that I was a few hair shy of a 100lbs entering my first two years of high school didn't set expectations very high to possible coaches. I discovered a boxing gym on my way back from high school & became addicted to the energy & feel of it.  My amateur career started shorthly after. A disciplined & economical boxing style lead me to compete at several international boxing competitions across the globe. I turned pro in 2010, & after a rather sudden & humbling loss I learned through blood test that I had either become or always was a type 1 diabetic. This lead me to change my eating habits & cut my training schedule in half. I'm now somewhat indifferent to the outcome as far my boxing career is concerned, I'm just curious as to how far my desire will take me & I'm willing to fight anyone to find out.
